Alden Cass, Psy.D. (2002) to present at New York City Alumni Event


NSU alumni from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are invited to an exciting New York City event featuring Alden Cass (2002), a graduate of the doctoral program in clinical psychology. Dean Grosby and John Lewis, Director of Academic Affairs of the Center for Psychological Studies will be attending along with other CPS alumni.

Cass will present Risky Business: Innovative Strategies for Survival in an Uncertain World on June 5th at 6:30 pm at the Hilton New York at 1335 Avenue of the Americas. An introduction will be given by Dean Randolph Pohlman of NSU's School fo Business and Entrepreneurship.

Cass recently co-authored two books, Bullish Thinking: the Advisor’s Guide to Surviving and Thriving on Wall Street, and The Bullish Thinking Guide for Managers: How to Save Your Advisors and Grow Your Bottom Line.

Cass is president of Catalyst Strategies Group, a team of psychologists and performance coaches specializing in coaching financial services executives to become more productive and disciplined during market downturns and other stressful times. Cass sits on the Board of the National Association of Investment Professionals and is a research committee member of the Financial Services Policy Institute.
